Balicraft Direct prides itself in the quality of its products, its Customer Service and the very cost effective Delivery Service it provides. Whilst the Business Address is not open to customers we will be happy to address any queries through our online E Mail link or by telephone.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAL PRICES ARE FOR THE UK ONLY. FOR SHIPPING OUTWITH THE UK PLEASE USE THE CONTACT FORM TO OBTAIN A SHIPPING PRICE.
The Following Terms & Conditions Apply To All Orders
Ordering
There is no minimum order restrictions. All prices are quoted in £ Sterling excluding delivery charge.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and with all items being handmade there may be variations in colour and design.
If for any reason a product is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and can :-
reserve this item for future delivery
or
select an alternative item
or
be provided with a refund.
Delivery
Delivery Charge begins at £1.95 up to 250g and is tiered in the following way :-

500g £3.95
750g £5.95
2.5kg £7.95
25kg £9.95
Smaller items in dimension and weight will be sent by Standard Royal Mail whilst larger items will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery Service which takes approx. 3 - 5 days OR BY COURIER DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL.
Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 days with the exception of earrings for reasons of hygiene (unless they have been received damaged). Returns will be at the customers personal expense unless items are damaged. In the event of a larger item being damaged, please contact us by E Mail or telephone for an immediate response.
Payment
Balicraft Direct accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro & Paypal. Postal orders and personal cheques are also accepted.
Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed by PayPal (You do not need a PayPal Account to use the Checkout Service) Simply follow the online instructions and click that you do not have a PayPal Account.
